Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be entirely pleased with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. The following conditions apply:
– All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
– The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
– The item should be unused and unworn.
– Software must remain unregistered.
– All original documentation and accessories must be included with the return.
If you meet these criteria, please follow the steps below to return your item:
1. Contact us at returns@lasershots.com to initiate the return process and obtain an RMA.
2. Securely pack the item in its original packaging, if possible.
3. Include the original packing slip or a copy of it.
4. Send the package to the address specified with your RMA.
All returns should be received within two weeks of RMA initiation.
Returns will be processed within 7 days of receipt, following the published guidelines.
**Shipping Costs:**
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your items.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from that refund.
The following items cannot be returned:
– Registered software
– Gift cards
– Knives from the owner’s personal collection
– Sale items
In certain situations, partial refunds may be issued:
– If the software has been registered, replacement costs will be deducted from your refund.
– Items showing obvious signs of use will have deductions.
– Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributable to us.
– Items returned more than 30 days after purchase.
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and send you an email confirming receipt, detailing the condition of the item, and informing you whether your refund is approved or denied. If a partial refund is granted or if the refund is denied, you may choose to have the item returned to you at your expense.
