1. Handling Time: We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please allow this time for your order to be prepared for shipment.
2. Shipping Areas: At this time, we only whip within the contiguous United States (lower 48 States). We do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
3. Delivery Address: We only ship to physical addresses. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid any delays.
4. Shipping Charges: We offer flat rate shipping for $10.00, regardless of the number of items contained in the shipment. Due to this flat rate charge, the carrier and method is chosen at our discretion.
